CHICKEN CHEESE SOUP or POT PIE FILLING


Chicken Cheese Soup OR Pot Pie Filling or for over Biscuits

3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast

2 ½ cups water (can add more later if you want soup thinner or for pot pie reduce this a lot to make it thick)

2 cans (10 ¾ oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1 can (14 ½ oz) diced potatoes, drained

1 pkg (8 oz) shredded Velveeta

In your bean pot combine all ingredients, except cheese.  Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes.  Add cheese and microwave covered on high 3 minutes. 

BEAN POT TATER TOT CASSEROLE


1 1/2 – 2 lbs. ground beef
 1/2 – onion, diced
 1 – package ore ida crispy crowns or tater tots (32 oz)
1 – 15 oz pkg frozen mixed veggies, partially cooked
 1 – 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
 1 – 8 oz container sour cream
 1 – cup milk
 2 – cups grated cheddar cheese
 pepper, to taste
 season salt, to taste
 garlic salt, to taste
 
 Brown ground beef and diced onions, adding, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic salt to taste. Drain. Pour ground beef & onion mixture into Bean Pot. Next layer the mixed veggies. In a separate bowl mix together the soup, sour cream and milk.
 
 Pour the soup mixture over on top of the ground beef layer spread evenly to cover the meat mixture. Top with tater tots, sprinkle with grated cheese over the entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until the casserole is bubbly and cheese is completely melted.

RANCH BEAN DIP


 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
Directions: Combine all ingredients in the Bean Pot. Put in microwave and stir occasionally until the ingredients are well blended and warm.About 5-7 minutes. Serve with Tortilla chips!

BEAN POT PIZZA BAKE

1 1/2 lbs hamburger (browned)
1 chopped onion
2 large bags of Mozzarella cheese...
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
1 box of cooked noodles
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
2 cans pizza sauce
Mix together and put in Bean Pot, cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours!

Microwave Version:
Mix all together in Bean Pot or stack cooker. Microwave at 70% for 10 min, stir & continue to cook in 5 min increments till warmed through.
This recipe makes a LARGE batch. It will FILL your Bean Pot. I recommend putting it into 2 bean pots, or put half in Ziploc & freezing for later use.

SAVORY VEGETABLES

Savory Vegetables
1 LB carrots...
4 medium/large potatoes
1 Sliced onion (opt) I like it!
1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
6 Tbs. butter.. less if you want to cut the extra fat.
Salt & Pepper
Slice vegetables in 1/8" slices & put in bottom of Bean Pot.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix
Add salt & pepper
Put slices of butter on top
Microwave with lid on for 10 minutes. Stir & microwave 10 more minutes.

Banana Split Cake

Bean Pot Banana Split Cake
1 box White Cake Mix
1 Banana
1 can Strawberry Pie Filling
1 can Crushed Pineapple...
1 stick Butter – melted
Dump can of Strawberry pie filling into Bean Pot. Dump pineapples on top of strawberries. Mix melted butter, mash banana then mix into cake mix and put on top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1  and 1/2 hours.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 box chocolate cake mix (for 9x13 pan size)
8 oz chocolate chips

Stir above together in bean pot and bake covered at 325 for 2 hours.  Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled over the top.  It is delicious!
