CHICKEN CACCIATORE (EASY)


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can tomatoes, diced (small)
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 can mushrooms
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano

Mix all ingredients together and pour over the chicken in the bean pot. Cooked on 325 for 2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
