EASY SMOKED BRISKET


Take 2 to 3 pound uncooked brisket (cut in half) and place in bean pot fat side up.
Pour 1/2 to 1 jar of “liquid smoke” over brisket. Cover top of bean pot with aluminum foil and then put lid on.
Bake at 375 about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender
