New England Clam Chowder


New England Clam Chowder

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed New England clam chowder, undiluted
1 1/3 cups milk
1 can (6 1/2 oz) chopped clam, drained
2 tblsp sherry or chicken broth
1 tblsp butter
Shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Place all ingredients in bean pot, except shredded cheddar cheese.  Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.  Remove and can add shredded cheddar cheese on top of each bowl if desired.
