OVERNIGHT APPLESAUCE

6 – 8 apples (use 3 or 4 different kinds of apples)
3/4 cups of sugar or splenda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon or to taste
3/4 cup of water
OPTIONAL: small box of raisins
Peel, core and chop apples. Toss together all the ingredients and put in bean pot. Cover and cook in oven 250 degrees OVERNIGHT (if you get up and go the bathroom…STIR). Great on waffles, pancakes, biscuits. Heat leftovers and pour over ice cream for dessert. Super, good and easy!
