Put peaches, juice and all in the bean pot first, then
sprinkle with the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the peaches (I stir in
the cake mix just a little to moisten it very slightly), slice 1 stick of
butter over the top of the cake mix and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in microwave 12-15 minutes, half time
covered and half uncovered. Serve with
ice cream….yummy! OR bake in the oven
covered for 1 hour.

Peach Cobbler
1 large can of sliced peaches, undrained
1 dry cake mix (white, yellow or butter pecan)
1 stick of butter
Dash of cinnamon
