Cheesy Potatoes


Cheesy Potatoes

New Red Potatoes
Salt & Pepper
1 stick butter, cut into pats
1 jar of salsa conqueso dip
1/2 bag of frozen peppers and onion
1/2 cup real bacon bits
Wash potatoes leave skins on and slice in small cubes. Place potatoes in bean pot, season with salt and pepper. Stir in peppers and onion and bacon bits. Cut sliced butter on top. Place lid on bean pot and cook in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes depending on amount of potatoes used. When potatoes are almost done place cheese conquest dip on top and stir in. Cover and return to oven until melted.
