Corn & Broccoli Bake


Corn & Broccoli Bake

1 (16 oz) cream style corn

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

½ cup crushed saltines, divided

1 egg, beaten

1 Tbsp dried minced onion

Dash of pepper

2 Tbsp butter, melted

 
In bean pot, combine the corn, broccoli, ¼ cup of saltines, egg, onion and pepper.  Combine the butter and remaining saltines; sprinkle over top.  Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
