SCRAMBLED EGG BRAID IN HOSPITALITY TRAY


Scrambled Egg Braid in Hospitality Tray

8-10 eggs, scrambled & cooked with:

Your choice of toppings:

Green &/or red peppers

Onions

Mushrooms

Ham – diced up

Sausage browned & drained

2 pkgs crescent rolls (can use reduced fat crescent rolls)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Put crescent rolls in hospitality tray with pointed ends out, 2 on each end and 6 on each side.  Pat seams together in bottom.  Put scrambled eggs and toppings on top of crescent rolls and sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, then “braid” ends. Put1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.  Bake for 25-30 minutes in oven or until crescent rolls are a nice golden brown.
