HEALTHY BBQ CHICKEN

2 lbs chicken breast tenders

Sauce
1 (15 oz) can of no salt tomato sauce
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Splenda brown sugar
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Place chicken in bean pot.  Stir sauce ingredients in separate bowl and pour over chicken.  Cook in microwave for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
