Beer Bread


Beer Bread

1 can of beer or 7-UP or sprite or any flavor pop
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups self-rising flour
1 Tblsp melted butter
Mix flour, sugar & beer together in the bean pot, then drizzle melted butter over top put lid on and put in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Slice down the middle and then across or just spoon out. Can use to top with dips.
