Taco Soup


Taco Soup

1 Lb ground beef, cooked & drained (can brown in bean pot in microwave for 6 minutes, stirring at 3 minutes)
1 – 28 oz can kidney beans*
1 – 28 oz can diced tomatoes*
1 – 14 oz can corn * (*DO NOT drain liquid)
Add all ingredients into the bean pot and cover.  Add 1 packets of taco seasoning and stir.  Cook in microwave for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, cheese and corn chips.  (Sometimes I drain the corn and kidney beans just to make the soup thicker like chili).
