German Chocolate Lava Cake

1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup pecan, chopped
2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 pkgs devil's food cake mix
2/3 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
In a small dish, microwave coconut for 2-4 minutes (to toast the coconut - you don't want it to burn so watch it but the edges will turn brown as it is toasting), stirring every minute.  Let cool.    In a Celebrating Home mixing bowl mix pecans, half of coconut and 2 cups of sweetened condensed milk until well blended.  Next in your bean pot mix cake mix, sour cream, eggs and remaining sweetened condensed milk until blended.  Pour coconut mixture over the batter.  Microwave uncovered on high 8-10 minutes or until the center is moist (but not wet), then cover and let stand for 5 minutes.  Microwave chocolate chips  on medium power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until all are melted.  Sprinkle cake with remaining coconut and then drizzle with chocolate.  The lava filling (coconut and sweetened condensed milk) will go to the bottom of the bean pot so be sure to scoop out your cake and get the goodies on the bottom!   Enjoy!
