TURKEY & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE


Turkey & Broccoli Casserole

 1 2/3 cup hot water

1 pkg (6 oz) stuffing mix

3 cups chopped cooked turkey

1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed & drained (you can thaw in the microwave to speed up time)

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed broccoli cheese soup or cheddar cheese soup

3/4 cup milk

Mix turkey, broccoli, soup & cheese in bottom of your bean pot.  Next mix hot water & stuffing mix together in a bowl and put over the top of the turkey mixture.  Cover and microwave 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

Variations – Turkey & Green Bean Casserole – prepare as directed, substituting frozen French cut green beans for the broccoli & using condensed cream of mushroom soup OR Turkey Dinner Casserole – prepare as directed using cranberry stuffing mix and condensed cream of chicken soup.
