Taco Noodle Dinner
1 pound
ground beef
1/4 cup
chopped onion3/4 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
3 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 1/2 to 3 cups tomato juice
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
Brown ground beef with onion, drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. (You can do those steps in the bean pot or in a skillet on the stove). Next put meat into bottom of bean pot, add mushrooms. Sprinkle noodles over the top and pour tomato juice over the noodles and stir gently. Cover and cook in the bean pot on high in the microwave for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes. Stir and cook another 5 minutes. Put sour cream on top and let stand about 5 minutes or add shredded cheddar cheese on top, whichever your family prefers or add both for that matter! Enjoy!
