Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole


Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole

1 box Uncle Bens Long Grain & Wild Rice (Fast Cook Recipe – 6.0 oz box)

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

1 soup can milk

1/2 stick butter – (1/4 cup)

Chicken Breasts, uncooked, cut into chunks
Mix rice, soups, milk & butter together in bottom of bean pot.  Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.  Add chicken chunks and cover.  Cook on high in microwave for 25 minutes.  Let stand uncovered 5 minutes before serving.
