Chicken Broccoli
Braid In Hospitality Tray
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used Miracle Whip)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls
1 egg white, beaten
2 tbsp slivered almonds or 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for
top of braid
Mix broccoli, chicken, pepper, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic
powder, dill, and onion powder. Lay
crescents with pointed ends out in hospitality tray (6 on each side, 2 on each
end) and press seams together in bottom of tray. Add filling to center and flip pointed ends of
crescent rolls over. Either brush with
egg white and sprinkle with slivered almonds or sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden
brown.
