EARTHCAKE CAKE


1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut
1 German chocolate or regular chocolate cake mix & ingredients to make cake according to directions on box
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a 9x13 Celebrating Home stoneware pan, sprinkle pecans and coconut.  Then after mixing cake according to directions on box pour batter over coconut & pecans.  Next mix cream cheese and margarine together and add powdered sugar stirring until smooth.  Drop by spoonfuls onto top of cake batter.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.  This cake is very moist and takes like an almond joy bar.
