FAJITA CHICKEN BRAID


Fajita Chicken Braid in Hospitality Tray

2 pkg Pillsbury (or generic brand) crescent rolls, refrigerator brand

1 lb grilled chicken strips (precooked)

1 can diced tomatoes (drained well)

1 diced onion & 1 diced green pepper (about ½ cup each) (I used red, green & yellow peppers)

1 pkg Mexican shredded cheese
Put crescent rolls in hospitality tray with pointed ends out, 2 on each end and 6 on each side.  Pat seams together in bottom then chicken strips, diced tomatoes,  onion & green pepper and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese.  Fold over ends of crescent rolls and top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.  Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
