Tailgate Cheesy
Dip in the BEANPOT (Use it in our NEW FOOTBALL BEANPOT!)
Velveeta Cheese- as
much as you want
1 can rotel
1 lb cooked spicy
Italian Sausage or hamburger, browned & drained
1 8 oz carton secret
ingredient...*** (Cool Whip) Don't tell anyone!
Melt cheese in bean
pot w/ tomatoes, stirring often. Add sausage. Stir in cool whip.
Why Cool Whip??
1) it gives your
spicy dip a sweet creamy consistancy
2) it keeps the
velveeta from gelling back up - you don't have to keep it warm - pull it from
the frig (or tailgate cooler) and start dipping!
Add some southwest seasoning if you want an extra kick to your dip!
